亨内基是世界领先的聚氨酯发泡机与生产线生产商之一。位于德国波恩附近圣奥古斯丁的亨内基公司，在块状泡沫生产线，冰箱发泡生产线，夹心板生产线和模塑成型方面都占有顶尖的国际地位。包括分布在美国彼斯堡，新加坡，中国上海的分支机构，全球共有大约500名员工，2016年的营业额达到约1.34亿欧元。
成立于1945年的德国亨内基公司半个多世纪以来一直活跃于聚氨酯工业界，是制造及研发聚氨酯发泡设备的专业厂家。早在1967年就与世界化工业巨头德国拜耳公司（BAYER.AG）开始长期的紧密合作，为世界化工机械制造与科技之领导者，在聚氨酯机器及加工技术发展史上具有决定性的影响力。
1994年亨内基上海随着拜耳集团进入中国，主要专注于进口设备的销售与技术服务。自2008年初亨内基上海从拜耳集团中独立出来，成立亨内基机械（上海）有限公司，随之在上海设立研发，采购，制造等运营中心。
亨内基上海为亨内基的亚洲研发及制造中心，我们将逐步扩大生产制造规模，将产品及生产线供应亚太市场；我们将加强工程技术力量，满足客户的特定需求；同时加大本地化采购力度以降低成本、以期待更好地服务客户以及为关联公司采购。我们也注重团队架构的建设，有计划地邀请专业人才加入，包括机械工程、电气工程、质量控制、供应商开发与采购、客户服务等等。
